Dr. Jennifer L. Goeke is Associate Professor of Special Education at Montclair State University, and a special education consultant. She oversees the University’s new online certificate program in Virtual Learning for Students with Disabilities.

Dr. Goeke began her professional career as an elementary inclusion teacher and received her Ph.D. from the University at Albany in educational psychology. Her research and publications are focused on the development of research-based teacher education pedagogy for inclusion and the development of special educators' instructional thought.
