Dr. Rebecca Goldstein is Associate Professor of teaching and learning in the College of Education and Human Services at Montclair State University. She teaches courses in the undergraduate and graduate K-12 professional sequences, as well as doctoral courses in pedagogy, sociology of knowledge, and democracy and education.

Dr. Goldstein received her Ph.D. in teaching curriculum and change from the Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the University of Rochester.

Student and teacher identity construction, issues of democracy and social justice in urban schools, and the impacts of No Child Left Behind on urban school reform and teacher education.
