Dr. Ruben Xing received his Doctor of Global Information Development (Ph.D), Master of Computer Science (M.S), and Master of Math & Science Education (M.A) from TC, Columbia University, New York. Having worked for more than 15 years in the IT industry, Dr. Xing has held senior IT management positions at several large financial conglomerates in metropolitan New York. He served as Vice President and Sr. Systems Manager of the E-business group at Citicorp, Assistant Vice President and Sr. Systems Manager of the Global Information Technology group at Merrill Lynch, and Systems Manager at CS & First Boston. 

Dr. Xing's current research interests include Big-data and Blockchain development, Information Security, Information Infrastructure with the contemporary technologies of Mobile, Cloud computing, AI/VR/IoT, and Disaster Recovery Planning, Business Continuity and IT related global issues.
