Dr. Sandra Lewis, Professor, received a PsyD from Rutgers University/GSAPP and is currently Director of the African American Studies program at Montclair State. Her research interests include racial microaggressions and the role of culture in health, mental health, and well-being, particularly among black women. She teaches courses in introductory research and clinically-oriented courses. She has served on the New Jersey Amistad Commission since 2006.
