Dr. Romero-Andrade was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and received her PhD and MBA from Rutgers (2008). Her dissertation topic: Testing human factor tailored information reports for users with different cognitive characteristics. She attended the Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina) where she received a BS and MS in Accounting (1982) and a CPA in Argentina with 15 years of work experience in the profession.
