N2 - This article discusses a methodological application combining collaborative autoethnography and reflexive narrative developed by three PhD students who witnessed IPV as children, to explore their own experiences as data. We provide an overview of the methods used and discuss each step of the research process, followed by insights gained in applying them toward the research aims. A core benefit of this approach is the safe space and iterative process it enabled for sharing and probing experiences, and the catalytic discursive data and analysis it yielded among the group in their triple role as researchers, peers, and survivors.
