CROSS INSTITUTIONAL REFLECTIONS ON RESILIENCE: VOICES OF RESEARCH AND LEADERSHIP FROM EDPREPLAB AND BANK STREET COLLEGE

The final chapter shares reflections of EdPrepLab leaders and researchers on resilience through the lens of cross institutional partnerships. EdPrepLab, a network of twenty-eight member institutions, is an initiative of the Learning Policy Institute and Bank Street Graduate School of Education that aims to strengthen educator preparation in the United States by building the collaborative capacity of preparation programs, school districts, and state policymakers. Authors share their narratives and observations based on their experiences in cross institutional spaces. This chapter is expected to open a platform for synergistic discussion among leadership educators on how communities of practice can be created to maintain a shared repertoire of best practice in cultivating resilience for leadership.
