Abstract
Chapter 7 provides clinical supervision activities and interventions focused on developing goals and assessing outcomes through stakeholder investment. This chapter contains five anti-oppressive clinical supervision interventions. In this chapter, readers will encounter a variety of anti-oppressive interventions authored by interdisciplinary experts in clinical supervision with substantial experience in anti-oppressive approaches. These interventions address various supervision structures, modalities, and developmental levels of supervisees. Each intervention can be intentionally adapted to align with specific needs and targeted outcomes within different professional settings. Supervisors are urged to integrate these interventions with their developmental, process, and psychotherapy-based supervision models and anti-oppressive aims to enrich their application and practice. This chapter presents five distinct interventions designed to enhance supervisory practice: A Deliberate Practice Intervention to Develop Authoritative and Facilitative Skills, The Small Experiment Framework (SEF), Developing and Assessing Anti-Oppressive Goals: A Supervision of Group Work Intervention, Supervisor Assessment from an Anti-Oppression Framework, and The Gestalt Dialogue Between the "Old" and "New" Selves: An Expressive Arts-Based Anti-Oppressive Supervision Intervention.
