Abstract
In this constructivist-grounded theory study, 18 Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) school counselors in training (SCITs) were interviewed to explore their leadership identity development. The emergent theoretical model includes a 3 × 3 × 4 rectangular prism illustrating a complex synergy of three identity development processes: school counselor, leader, and anti-racist.
