Abstract
This document is intended to promote equity and social justice in the writing process by supporting authors’ engagement in self-reflection and bias monitoring as they develop manuscripts for publication. The document is intended to serve as a companion to our Tips for Reviewers, which was previously developed to promote a more equitable peer review process.
