Redistributing social, cultural, and political capital through access and opportunity

Chapter 11 provides clinical supervision activities and interventions focused on redistributing social, cultural, and political capital through access and opportunity. This chapter contains five anti-oppressive clinical supervision interventions. In this chapter, readers will be exposed to distinct anti-oppressive interventions written by interdisciplinary supervision experts with extensive experience in the field. These interventions encompass various supervision formats and modalities and are designed to support supervisees at different developmental stages. The supervisor can adapt each intervention to meet specific professional needs and objectives. Supervisors are encouraged to align these practices with their developmental, process, and psychotherapy-based supervision models while practicing within the anti-oppressive ethos.
