Second-order 2D regular and singular state-space systems

Abstract

Two dimensional (2D) state space models are proposed as extensions of the regular and singular 2D models. The new state space models are of second-order having two space (vertical and horizontal) coordinates. Their state space representations and corresponding 2D second-order transfer functions are also presented.
